cleaning sensor before sale?

I am looking to move away from my dslr and onto a csc system. Upon checking my dslr over I have noticed at higher f stops some dirt is starting to show on the images, would I be best off cleaning it either myself or paying a company to do it before selling it?

If you're happy doing it yourself, do it yourself! After the clean, take a high f number shot of a white wall to check that you've got it spotless so the buyer can't claim the cost of cleaning back from you.
