wasnt overly happy with the colour pic so i have tried 3 aproaches to it, opinions please on what you prefer, thanks for looking

Not really keen on any of them, they all look a bit flat. If I had to choose it would be 'C'.
 
Any suggestions on making it less flat, It was the main reason I'm tried the other methods, thanks for the advice
 
Would a grainer b&w approach work? I'm not keen on the pp in b or c.
 
It's only my opinion so others may disagree.

You could try have a play with curves or boost the blacks a bit.
 
Looks a touch dark on my work monitor but apart from that it looks good.
