Colour Cast Problem

After taking a shot through a fence I was left with a bit of a colour cast on this shot, any ideas how (or if) I can go about removing it?

This is one of those tricky ones where where you have a mixture of the camera producing a color balence derived from the two color casts, one from the clear blue frosty sky shade and the warm sunlight. And using the grey eyedropper in levels does not cut it it.

So you will have to use the color balence tool to alter it visually.

I found that minus 9 cyan and plus 42 blue gave the best balence for my eye and taste.

It's actually the colour of the fence I was shooting through, one of the wires was in the way - I'll give the colour balance tool a try. Thanks.
