Hi

I have bought Samsung S19A300N LED monitor for my mum. She has an old desktop which worked fine on traditional CRT monitor. Generally the new monitor works fine too, but it displays a colour pixels (red, white and green) in random places. These places change each time I move the window, zoom photograph etc. There is not much of them. Sometimes non sometimes 5-10. It is annoying, although my mum uses this computer for MS Word only and for some reason these are not visible there or it just happened these did not manifest them self.
I checked this monitor on other, newer computer and was ok.

The graphic card is integrated Nvidia Geforce... and some number.

Any ideas what this is?
thanks
Pawel

ive never known anything else cause iffy pixels to be honest, may be some underlying issue with the processing on the screen.

is it VGA or DVI? if it was a graphics card (hardware/driver/cable) issue id expect different artifacts. for example one of my work screens pixelates areas of black with lots of blue pixels sometimes but theyre clearly corrupt data rather than hardware pixel issues.

does it look like this:

ive got a sticky/flickering red pixel slap bang in the middle of my plasma which is nice lol

they dont always appear either, only on some picture so that might explain why you get different results on different machines.
