I'd be grateful for any help or ideas on this one.

Here's the same photo in CS3 and as displayed on flickr. As you can see a significant amount of saturation has been lost in the upload process

These are the colour settings in CS3

The camera is set to sRGB (if that matters)

Anyone any idea as to where the colour is going? And how to get reproduction on flickr that looks like what I'm seeing in CS3?

Thanks in advance

hmmm :thinking:not an expert in these things I'm afraid, are you compressing the image before uploading it and if so how much?

If not what are you doing between the finished image and uploading it?

Sorry if this is a bit vague, just thought I'd try and repeat your steps and see if i get the same issues :)

have you turned off adobe's colour profiler?

mmcp42 - you were so nearly on the money - but thanks for setting me off on a trail that sorted it

Settings now as per:

ie - its the same - happy days :) :)

Thanks for that. GOK why Adobe makes these things so sodding difficult

Glad you got it sorted, I guess the problem with a piece of software as powerful as CS3 is that the potential to get a setting wrong increases exponentially
