I've noticed no one has asked you what CPU you actually have, the "standard" temperature varies for each CPU, often dramatically.
 
Those are perfectly okay and well within normal teperatures. As long as they stay down at the range then you'll have no more probs.

Now to the future, do what you did every 6 months. Most PC fans and heatsinks unless the pc is in a spotless house tend to hoover up dust at an alarming rate.

1 core is running hotter than the other by a reasonable amount, not the end of the world its still better than it was. might just mean that when they applied the thermal paste/pad (the goo between the CPU and heatsink) it might be slightly thicker one side..
