Connecting 430ex to skyport HELP!!

Need this info asap as I need this to be sorted by the weekend so I have off camera flash for my shoot!

I was told that to connect the 430ex to the skyports I'd need a PC sync cable (which I've got) and a hotshoe adaptor.
Questions:

Will any old hotshoe PC sync adaptor work? Or would it need to be canon specific? Will the hama hotshoe adaptor work?

Get one of these if your flash has a PC port on the side. Easiest way to connect flash to Skyport

O right. So you have one of those cables already but you just need a way to connect the flash to the trigger?!

Foodpoison, were you able to get this setup working?

430EX -> Hama Hot Shoe Adaptor, 6951 -> PC Sync cable -> Skyport receiver -> Skyport Universal Transmitter -> camera

Just thought I would add what I did as I already had a hotshoe to PC adapter from my Cactus triggers. I got the skyports last week and used this method to change them so they'd work with my 430.

I also used the other end of my hotshoe to pc adapter to make a cable so I could plug the skyport into my 530exII.

The two female 3.5mm jack sockets cost about 1.50 from Maplins and it only takes the most basic soldering skill to do.
