I have just downloaded the 14 day trial version of ControlMyNikon tethering software, I have tried Nikons own SW for tethering and I personally feel that ControlMyNikon is actually better than Camera Control, I am over the moon with this as I need tethered shooting, the cost of the Nikon SW is around 180 dollars, the cost of ControlMyNikon is just 10 dollars, hopefully this software may make Nikon think again and include Camera Control when you buy a DLSR from them just as Canon does.......
I am in no way affiliated with ControlMyNikon, I just want to share my new find as I am sure that many Nikon users have like me, decided that Camera Control is way too expensive.
