Thanks - Simon's town South Africa - I asked the waiter in a local bar "where's the Russian Fleet?" - as a kind of joke - he was quite serious about the visit and said "that they left a week or so ago"
Simonstown is situated at False Bay and is a big Navy town with a long naval history and - Dutch, British and S African - to the visitor it seems very "old fashioned"
