Converting 3GP to WMV?

I've got a video on my phone that I want to convert to something more universal than 3GP. I did have a little freeware program to do it but for some reason it's now refusing to work.

Has anyone ever done this and if so could you recommend an easy (and free!) program to do it?

Ah yes I've just downloaded this about 10mins ago

I was looking for something free but this seems to work for up to 2mins of video which is just what I need. Thanks!

Hmm the compressor I use that I thought did just about everything doesnt seem to work with 3GP bugger!
