Going through some pics I took last year and thought I would post these up..comments welcome.

1st one is superb.

First is just amazing...Feather detail is fantastic. Whenever I try and photograph these birds they just look ordinary and boring. This makes them look really exotic

Only thing I noticed is the white of the beak is blown So hard to expose correctly though, when you've got jet black and bright white!

Thanks Rick,Ewan..yes it is blown but with the blazing sun and white and black together I wasn't too surprised..lol.

Good shots, shame about the blown bits on the head.
They are pretty damn hard to get exposed correctly... specially if its sunny

Cheers both of you,yeah pretty hard to get a good all round shot of themmGet the beak right and ruin the feathers is the norm..lol..
