I haven't seen one of these for some time, and thought I'd caught a glimpse of it the other day. The area was in deep shadow, plus it was overcast so I'd pushed the ISO to 800.

Not great shots but it seems to be a rarity on the forum.

Are you sure you are trying :D, go on it goes up to 4 digits :D

See what you mean about the smiling, indeed a rarity on here, lovely shots to boot (y)
 
Cracking shot, paticularly like the way the branch cuts through on the diagonal.
 
Canny capture of a real rarity round my way. At least 2 years since ive seen one in Northumberland.
 
Very nice indeed what a stunning looking bird, great markings a real capture there well done!

Alas they are too much of a rarity these days. Lovely shots and well spotted.

Very nice shots, nothing to complain about and its nice to see some corn buntings instead of the usual reed bunting (y)
 
Both good images, went looking for these at a place near Titchwell a few weeks back but never saw any.
