I think this has been over sharpened and over saturated.......but I think this could look really good ....I like the composition......have you still got the original?

The second shot looks a bit lifeless now. Maybe something in-between would be better? Otherwise it's a great scene- not too far from me either- must have a look one day!

That's photography in a nutshell. You have to keep going back and back until you get the shot, if you're sure it's there it will be.

I agree, somewhere between the two may work.
I've still got the original and PP'd this on my laptop whilst killing time at Seoul airport last night....just got back.
I used 100% sharpen of the JPG using Canon's DPP...should I have applied this before or after reducing the resolution to 800x600...I did it afterwards. I normally use 'factor 3' for RAW's...okay?
