Hi all

Does anyone have one of these who can help me assess as to whether it'll comfortably take a D300S with a Sigma 120-300mm (=27cm long plus the body) attached? Alas there's not too many stockists local to me where I can check myself!

Thanks

Mike

After a resounding silence and some miles on my car, I have one and the answer is 'yes' for anyone who wants to unearth this thread in the future! Throw in a pair of (large)Nikon Monarch binoculars, a Nikon 18-200mm VR and my 15" Macbook and they all fit with it too.

Hi
I've been looking at getting the crumpler muffin top full photo backpack. Does anyone know if this bag will hold a 15inch MacBook Pro? I have seen the dimensions of the laptop sleeve and I've noticed that the MacBook pro is about 4cm bigger than the measurements of the laptop sleeve. Can anyone let me know? Thanks

Already answered for you above...

And welcome to the forum, I'm sure you'll find a wealth of information and a few friendly characters around here.

Not at all...it sits in the sleeve with a small bit exposed, with the velcro 'tongue' fitting over the top. The protection is provided otuside of the bag, not inside.

Great. And do you think there would be room for a 24-70mm 2.8, 70-200mm, 50mm 1.4, 85mm, and a macro lens with one body?
Do you have any pictures?

What's the strap like on the Muffin Top? I bought a Crumpler bag a while back and the bag itself is fantastic but the strap is like a car seat belt: very thick, not easy to adjust.

The Full Photo has two padded straps.....top quality as per the rest of it. Sorry, on night shift at the mo so no pics at the moment; as a quick stab that should all fit as my Alaska trip saw a gripped D300S with Siggy 120-300mm f/2.8 attached in the central area, with detached Nikon 18-200mm VR, Sigma 1.4tc and large Nikon Monarch 12x56 binoculars in the 'camera' compartment.

If you have a LCE store near you they should stock these bags and are normally very helpful playing 'how many Beatles can you fit in a Mini' with bags (though take your own kit of course!)

Was there any room to spare after all that equipment?
When you get a chance please post some pics! With the laptop in too! thank you!

From the looks of that it seems like there's a massive amount of room. Can you fit your 15 inch MacBook pro with that body and Lens in there? Could you post pictures of the 15inch MacBook pro in the laptop sleeve? I want to be certain this is the backpack for me.

Has anyone ever ordered any photo equipment from crooked imaging?

I just received my crumpler muffin top full photo backpack and IT INDEED DOES FIT the 15inch MACBOOK PRO! woooooohoooooo! thanks all.
