Hi, Im hoping that someone can help me out here. I use CS2 on a Mac and am getting really frustrated by the fact that when i launch CS2, the workspace is 'transparent' i.e. if i have bridge or safari open, i can see them behind my photoshop workspace making everything seem very messy. I know i can minimize the windows behind CS2 but i would prefer to have a solid white or black background to my workspace, is this possible? if so, how? hope that all made sense

At the bottom of the main tools palette there are 3 small icons to toggle the workspace or you can use the keyboard shortcut "F". I tend to use the "Hide Others" command on the "Photoshop" menu.

Hi

If you are using leopard you can use spaces which I use and it works well, I have aperture open in one and PS in other.

I only use four spaces but you can increase that I put Mail and safari in other two spaces.

Regards

Nigel.
