CS3 - Transform not locked

Hi,

When I cut from one image and paste into another and then want to change the size, it no longer keeps the same dimension ratio.

For instance, if I cut a head from one picture to place on another body in another, the head would be square but when I drag in/out from a corner it can be stretched and dragged with no lock.

Have I something simple unticked somewhere?

It has never been locked for me, I have always had to hold shift while doing that to retain the ratio.

Don't think you can lock it - hold shift while re-sizing for fixed ratio, or not for not.
