where can i get a copy of cs3 or is there something i can learn on please!!

You can get 30 day trials of most programs there.

If you are a student, or there is a student/school child in the house then Academia http://www.student-software.co.uk/shop/cat1. If not then just do a search but CS4 is now out so go for that instead.
