D200 or D2xs

Is it worth swapping a D200 for a D2xs. Would love to go to a D3 but haven't the funds. I have started using an F5 and find the handling of the F5 great compared to the D200. Not sure which way to go

do it...much better camera, you will love it...I got one and I sold my D300 instead of this ..
takes fantastic photos great up to iso 800...if you go over, noise software will sort it out..
I will never sell mine...mark
