D700 firmware update

Has anyone done the recent firmware update for the Nikon D700:shrug:

I am unsure whether to update my cameras or just leave as they are, which seems fine to me.

lots have done it look in the d700 owners thread.
i have and its caused no problems.

Not done the latest one as there's no significant improvement.
