D7000 - Manual focus point selection

My D7000 has stopped being able to adjust the focus point manually when in spot focus. It focuses fine, and when in AF-C it tracks across the whole of the focal points, and in automatic it uses them all.

It must be a setting I have changed but for the life of me I can't figure out how I set it again that the control pad can move the focal point.

Anyone any ideas?

u have the lock switch locked, unlock it ( the one below the menu dial)

Must be the lock switch - it's quite firm so I'm surprised it would have been moved by accident.

Duh, yes you are both right.

Hey I have no idea how it happened, could have been me fiddling, perhaps caught on the bag, no idea. But good to know, all is well now.
