D7000 Video

I am relatively new to this forum and to my d7000.

I want to try and do a bit of video work with this and wanted people's input on where to start.

I have had a little go and the autofocus is really annoying?

Any pointer/tips would be much appreciated

depends what your shooting but I stick with manual focus. a static object for example, chimp live view and manually set focus then adjust manually as you or subject moves etc.
