D74 (Rollei RHS) Times

Quick question, on my bottle of RHS it has an ISO rating beside the film name. Is this the rating the film should be shot at if you want to use the times indicated?

For the recent 400 challenge I shot at 400 and added an extra 30 odd seconds to compensate and I think it made it overly grainy and I wonder if I should have shot it at 320 and used the times on the packet.

It does add to the complication having to decide of developer before shooting. Not that I'm complaining its just something I need to remember.
