Ive looked everywhere and google doesnt have the answer

Is there somewhere I can get a replacement for my Manfrotto 804RC2 head?

I would think Warehouse Express would sell them. I haven't had the chance to look but they're certainly available separately to the heads.

Try Speedgraphic they seem to stock most replacement Q/R plates.

I've bought a few (four?) from the far east. The D-ring does not stay fitted as well as the real thing, so don't attempt to use the ring as an attachment point to dangle the camera from a DIY R-Strap, but the plate itself works perfectly once tightened into place. The price seems far more acceptable than the absurd prices for the Manfrotto original product (£14 for one from Warehouse Express, including delivery).
