Week 26 Snapper's Choice
I didn't have a chance to get out and about downtown this week so I thought that I'd walk my little one around my neighbourhood and see what we could find. I ended up with shots from around City Hall (about four blocks away from where I live.)
Started with the obligatory crow shot sitting on the Civic Plaza (outside City Hall) and framed by the Skytrain tracks
Civic Plaza has been turned into a free viewing site for the FIFA games
From a public patio looking through the glass at the city Hall reception area below
And upwards at a hanging sculpture above the reception area (a little abstract processing)
A reflection of one of the buildings across the road
On the other side of the plaza is the Surrey Public Library
And just on the edge of the plaza, I saw this and couldn't resist

Thanks Keith, I don't think so. It was just this architects style at the time. He designed the office building just down the street from here and it has a "sharp" end as well.
