managed to get half an hour in highdown gardens today, this is the first darter i've come across thats stayed still for me to get a picture.

I think these shots are fantastic, but with all the recent macro shots I'm now suffering a very very bad case of lens envy and have had to lock away my credit card.

Not sure I'd have the patience to try and capture these fellas though - I'd have lots of shots of empty twigs and leaves, all out of focus.
