My daughter loves riding her bike but cannot ride her bike with me on the road. (OK on cycle paths)
So she has taken part in some "under 12's" cyclo cross races and enjoyed it so much she now wants to start training for the coming winter series.
Unfortunatly I could'nt ride this morning as I was behind the camera!
No1; Learning to dismount a moving cycle and run at the same time!
No2; Learning to remount a moving cycle whilst running
No3; Another remount of the cycle
No4; Practise makes perfect
