Downtown Detroit is an interesting place with lots of interesting buildings and characters. I went over there on Friday to shoot a few of the architecture, then went off to capture some of the other well known Detroit landmark buildings.
unfortunately the risk of being shot is very real over there, so hanging around in the areas where the old buildings are is not a wise, especially with a camera in hand, even driving through the 'wrong' neighbourhoods is a bad idea if you want to get out alive...

Comments and advise please as I am fairly new to building photography

Thanks. Such a waste of a building, it's been empty for years.

I said the same about a car coming through the steam, but at the time we were driving and I took it through the windscreen with a point and shoot. I wasn't prepared to stop and hang around for the right shot :puke:
