I have a Canon 100-400mm L IS lens which is, obviously, amazing.
But I don't really use it enough. I originally bought it for wildlife and think I've been out about twice with it. And also used it at a wedding.
I seem to use my camera for everyday 'walkabout' stuff, flowers, portraits and hopefully in the future at events for mobile studio work.
IF I was to sell the 100-400....what would be a good replacement? Could I afford to replace it with 2 lenses?
A replacement would have to be a GREAT lens. An L lens or something of very similar quality (IS or wide fixed aperture)
I currently have a 50mm 1.8 (which I rarely use) and a Sigma 17-70mm which is on the camera most of the time.
Have briefly looked at the
Canon EF-S 15-85mm f3.5-5.6 (possibly too slow)
Canon EF 24-105mm f4 L (like the range + quality. BUT reviews about errors :\)
Canon EF 24-70mm f2.8 L USM Lens (nice fixed aperture. any negatives?)
