I looks level to me but there is some camera/lens distortion, i.e. bellying-out in the centre.
Because the water level on the far side is below the centre this gives the effect of the horizon dropping in the middle.

lovely pic but there seems to be a strange colour cast to me, hope you don't mind but i removed some of the blue out of it (possibly a bit too much mind)

I'm not familiar with the s5800, can you change the white balance to something else, or is there an auto mode?

I have the wb set to auto I'll try the other settings see what results I get
