Did I Get A Bargain?

I picked up a Canon Zoom Lens EF 100-300mm Ultrasonic today, its 2nd hand but perfect condition and the glass is crystal clear. I got it for £61 from a second hand camera shop, did I get a bargain or is that the normal price?

You did well - they are normally about £120 used, I think.

sounds good deal to me, they're good quality but mine is in rather tatty condition. They're nice lenses.

Depends on how much you would pay for it?? As said they go for around £120, but if you need \ want one then its a bargin, if you dont need \ want one then its not

Talking of bargains, I just got a Jessops AF300D for Canon/Nikon of Gary..its hould be great on my 30D, bounchable flash etc.. £12.50! Not that I 'needed' one..but always nice to expand the kit bag!

Seems a good deal and price to me, esp including your discount you got - must remember to try that next time I see something, hope you enjoy it
