Digital camera with interchangeable lenses and decent video quality?

I'm looking for either a DSLR or compact with interchangeable lenses - 4/3 that could produce both decent video and photos.

I was looking for D5000 or D3100, but I'm not sure how's the video quality compared to other cameras...

NEX5? shoots 1080 but I think it's in AVCHD or something like that which might not suit you.
