Digital Photo Frame help needed!! please

Right i have been asked if i can do some photos and put them into a digital photo frame..?

i will be shooting on a cf card then putting it in the pc " to process" Now id it easy to then put the images onto a mini card " or whatever they take"

do / would i need a cable or it just a case of plug in ? ??

ps not sure what frame or card yet they will bringh it with them if i can do it
 
I put them onto an SD card which goes into a slot on the side.
This seems to be the 'normal' way of doing it, but obviously depends on the frame they supply. I hav'nt yet seen one with a CF card slot, but that don't mean there arn't any!

I think it will be going on a sd card.. ?

? is how are the transfered from the pc to the sd card.. " if you have never done it before "

Well, on my laptop I have a slot for an sd card, so do it that way. On my PC I have a usb card reader that plugs in to a hub, but you could put it in a spare slot on the back. Just treat it like another drive and you can drag n drop the files onto the card. dead easy!!

I think you will have to find the resolution of the photos that the picture frame will display. I made the mistake of loading a card for my mum only to decapitate half my family :)

You can resize in a batch on Faststone then drag and drop them onto the sd card.
