The horizon on the first seems a tad off ...... both shots seem to have the horizon in the centre of the frame ... but I think this works. Very well taken

The horizon in the first does seem very slightly skew but I absolutely love the "green" - it has a slight unexpectedness about it

#1 is unusually great, is it algae ?

Thanks for the comments, not sure what it is Graham, I assume it is some sort of Algae, it seemed to only occupy a certain part of the beach near a stream.

But it did make for an interesting feature, now I must go and fix the horizon.
