I'm off for a visit next Friday and so far, haven't heard of anyone being silly about trying to get too close to the seals for photograph them.
I'd say the wardens will only have the well being of the seals at heart so I'd guess if anyone does get spoken too, they should perhaps think about what they'd done to be spoken to.
