Dual Canon battery Chargers?

That looks quite a good charger, it's compact which would make it easy to carry. I've not seen them before but I have a similar charger, but mines a Delkin one like this http://delkin.com/i-5829955-dual-universal-dslr-battery-charger-including-desktop-car-adapters.html They charge pretty rapidly and have an LED indicator on both sides and they come with a wall and in car connections as well.

You just need to slip in a couple of charging plates that are an extra £3 but you could use 2 different plates at the same time to charge 2 different batteries if you have more than 1 body and they take different cells. I use LP-E6 in my 5D3 and 7D but the wife's got a 650D which takes LP-E8 batteries. It looks like the Hahnel one takes a twin plate so you can only charge 2 of the same at once.
