Dusting off the camera (Bug shots)

Hi all
I haven't used my camera (40d) since last year due to work commitments back then i was just getting into Macro, now things at work are back to normal i thought it was about time i got back to it. Been in the garden and did a very quick shoot.

Any ideas what this is
