E-620 in depth user guide?

I bought the misses an E-620 and was wondering if there is an in depth guide that would help her/me set up the camera to get the best possible results.

I am not talking ISO/Shutter speed etc, but with regrds to noise reducation, noise filters etc as I breiefly read somewhere (should have bookmarked it!) that these can have a drastic effect on IQ.

'tis a very good site, and the E-620 is basically an E-30 in a smaller body so any tips regarding the E-30 can be applied to the E-620 :thumbs:
