Critique Early purple orchid

Feel I could have done better with this but not sure how, C&C welcome

It is a very nice shot Chris, nice smooth background and the other OOF orchids give good depth to the shot. I would darken the bottom half of frame if I were you just to emphasize the orchid more, apart from that it's well composed and sharp.

Thanks Steve, I'll have a go at darkening the bottom of the frame if I get time. I was a little unsure about the OOF orchids, particularly the one immediately to the left of the subject but I glad you like it.

Yes i agree with Steve. I think a darkening of the bottom of the frame would definitely improve the shot.
