I like the overall composition and the main subject fills in the photo nicely. I may even let you get away with the tonemapping processing (it is a bit strong but don't have too much of a problem with that) - but what does let it all down is that photoshopped "motion blur" effect - it doesn't seem to work (the perspective effect isn't right).

Hell Ian, the motion blur was what i was hoping would help the pic.
Guess I'll just have to work on my panning and put the PS back in the box.

To me it's the citron berlingo van in the background that spoils the look :shrug: I'd be tempted to try and motion blur that out
