Editing olympus .mov files

I have an olympus tg tracker and I use premiere elements 12, but on import all i get back on playback is audio, the preview screen is just black, adobe online chat advised I updated my graphics drivers as they were out of date, this didn't make a difference. Another try on the chat couldn't tell me if it was a supported file. just to try the forum or buy the new version.

I thought I had edited videos before with this combination, but I honestly can't remember 1000%

Does anyone have this same software and are you able to edit .mov files
