Wondered if anyone was daring to venture out to this given the #BeastfromtheEast and #StormEmma, I know they were on emergency timetables for today....

I went out late today from 2pm till 17:15pm and was surprised how little snow was about around Ramsbottom and Summerseat, it was flippin cold though and all the timetable was about 1 hour late. It was a cold day waiting for trains to arrive the right way around on the ELR....

I was there today - mainly around Rawtenstall (Brrrrrr) with a brief stop at Summerseat.

Yes, it was flippin cold and it didn't help that all the timetables didn't match when trains arrived.... I'm thinking of going again tommorrow and maybe go to Townsend Fold and Irewell Vale.
