Email populating software????

I am after a little bit of help.

is there such a peice of software that any one is aware of that can scan a list and then populate blank email fields based on other contacts in the Accounts.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

What software are you getting the 'account' information from?

its our own company software made for us, but it extracts a csv file but it can be text form also.
