Email problem

I have been trying for the last few hours to get my computer to download my email ( a tiscali.co.uk address). It was trying to receive a mail message for ages, either a huge file or something malicious? I got on to Tiscali. Eventually someone bothered to try to help me. I just checked on the tiscali web page and now it says my "mailbox is blocked". Grrrr. Has anyone else had this problem? The lady at Tiscali said they will try to fix it for me.

Move to Gmail is best advice I can give you.

I know it does not help your current situation but I have no time for Tiscali after having problems with them in the past. I got really annoyed at their inability to do anything right for me.

Yes Gmail and Hotmail are both good (I think Gmail went down for a few hours yesterday, but that is rare).

gmail has been down several times recently but it is rare this happens we use gmail at work it is good

I've used hotmail since the mid 90's and never had a problem with it.

If Tiscali have told you they are trying to fix your problem then I guess you just need to sit back a wait.

Its half fixed. I can now get my email on the Tiscali web page but not in Outlook Express.I've been with Tiscali for years and never had trouble before so I'll stick with them for now. I've got my phone package with them too and I get all my calls abroad free which is very useful as my parents and lots of other family live in Australia.
