A bit of spotting for the dust and a little burning in on the clouds and flag and it'd really sing out. Pity that the trees/bushes have blocked up into solid black - maybe have another go at scanning to pull out the texture in the foliage, and matte the two together - no different to classic darkroom tricks :shrug:
