MC mount is for Olympus. You need EF EOS adapter or convert that mount but probably cost wise will not be worth.

MC = multi coated
I think you don't want to find out the mount, as the lens will be really poor, and not suited for todays requirements.

At first glance it looks like a Canon FD mount.

MC was one of the Minolta manual focus mounts although in this case its difficult to tell as a lot of lenses around the 70's to 80's had MC on them designate multicoating which was fairly new at the time.
I don't think that it is a Minolta MC mount as it looks nothing like the slightly different MD mount on a Minolta 50mm lens that I have.

As the MC is on the front of the lens, I'd go with it meaning multi coated.

As already posted, I think this is a manual focus Canon FD/FL mount lens. A mount guide can be found here:

MC indeed stands for multi-coating / multi-coated and third party lens manufacturers didn't usually put the mount type on the name ring. If they did it at all, it would be on the side of the mount, or on the bottom.
