Eos R3 charging ?

I have read a few different things on the net regarding charging an R3 from a power bank.
( handy when out on long shoots )
Has anybody done this ?
I have a new power bank.& tried various cables with no joy .
Any help would be much appreciated .

Is it a USB-C power bank and what is the wattage.

The PD-E1 sold by Canon is 9V, 3A which is 27W.

It doesn’t say what voltages it supports but it does say.

“Portable charger has one bidirectional Type-C PD20W output and 2 USB-A QC22.5W output ports allows you to charge your 3 devices simultaneously. Also has mico and lighting port, meet your different devices”

The USB-C is only 20W which may not be powerful enough based on the Canon charger specs, the USB A ports support 22.5W but pretty sure USB A only supports 5V

I've just tried it again but usb c to usb c & it works.

I think it has to be a 'PD' powerbank to work.
