Guys,

I'm on the verge of buying one, 1440 dpi, prints on canvas, prints to 24 inches and roll media.

Anyone know anything about these, reviews good or bad?

Cheers,
Steve.

i have the 4800 version - 17 inch

excellent printer - buy the 220ml ink cartridges much cheaper per ml about 50 quid if you shop around

roll paper works out cheaper too by the 30m roll- although it is a bit curled by the end - lol

only problem is the outlay - but if you can afford the printer then the paper cant be that much of a problem

great for panaramas

of which i have a 7ft a3 roll paper print - 1st print off the 4800

happy printing

The 4800 is double the DPI, nice printer :)

The company have told me the 7000 is more than up to the job, so I think I'm going to go for it, its not new, its a professionaly refurbished unit.

i normally only print at 1440 dpi

have had judges in camera club thinking that my prints where wet prints so more than good enough

mainly print B&W

Excellent, thanks for the info, time to send that email confirming I want it

£600, free delivery, gotta be worth it :)

the Epson 7000 is a very old printer now, their will be no new support for drivers etc.

The model range went, for the 7000 series anyway

Epson 7000
Epson 7500
Epson 7600
Epson 7800
Epson 7880

Good printers for their day but showing their age now.
