Epson R2880 catridge ink levels after initial charge?

Because I'm using a new FotoSpeed CIS system on a new R2880 I've only used the factory original ink cartridges to charge the heads and make the subsequent head nozzle and alignment checks, so my question is, how much ink do you think remains in the original cartridges?

Reason for asking is I'm going to part company with them but wouldn't bother mustering interest if the initial printer charge left a negligible amount of ink in them. I think they hold apx 11ml new but am open to correction.
 
The charge actually uses quite a lot of ink to fill the lines and purge through a head clean. I would personally keep them because if you have any problems with the printer then you'll have to reinstall them.
