not sure this should fit in business though - however mods - if you think it does, feel free to move it.........
In November a good friend of mine is hosting a charity event.... it's an not for profit group with all proceeds going to 5 worthwhile recognised charities........
I have been volunteered as a photographer, and have persuaded (cajoled / threatened) another on here to come along as well for moral support as neither of us "do" "sci-fi"
Anyhow, "they" have a huge backdrop with loads of "sci fi crap" on it, any my idea is to rig it with loads of flashes, on triggers, so when "Dad + x + y" have their pic taken by "mum" on the P&S or the phone it doesn't look great, but hey when either of us do, the flashes fire, and it all looks cool.............. 30-60 mins in the morning and that won't be too much of an issue.......
What I would like some tips though is to how to set up a photobucket/com/ a n other account so that we can give a business card with the webby address on for that event only, and how to set up such an account, so that people can but prints, and have them sent directly, and x% to charity %y % to www.whoever........
I am 100% sure the principle is behind the same as a lot of weekend warrior wedding togs where pics are hosted and bought..........
any ideas / tips / links etc......
also say £5 for a 10 x 8... what proportion goes to tog (charity)/ website / mail
