This looks very like a painting - I assume intentionally - therefore it is assumed that the compressed tonal range and vivid colours were done to evoke that feeling.
As a photo, the one thing that jumps out immediately is the dark top of the tower and the halo around the top of the tree on the right hand side. With careful processing these could be made to sit comfortably with the rest of the picture. The image is also leaning to the right quite a bit, but that could be how the lamppost and tower are in real life.
I hope that's useful, rather than just giving the picture a like or 'nice photo'.
